26 kettlebell figures perfectly presented in excellent video quality. I use this app for my daily workout and love it. I am really greatful having found it.

Good, clear overview and simple to use, 5 stars from me as it improved my training motivation 100%, using the pre-made Kettlebell programs, and the chance to put my program together. Now I can train with a buddy without having to think about the next exercise, thumbs-up from me!

Good job

Works well as a motivational and istructional tool. Needs two more things: more prebuilt workout routines and the ability to display heart rate while working out for Polar Bluetooth heart rate monitors owners. That would grant the app to get my 5th star!

I really appreciate the minimal design. Clear and clean. Easy to see graphics and illustrations. Easy to follow the workouts. Just did 1 workout so far. So far so good. I think this is going to be a great app to work with.

Mostly very good

I would like control over whether sound is on or off. I like to listen to music while using app and am fine watching screen with no sound.

Plenty of exercises and excellent form videos to accompany them. Easily customizable for timed or rep goals as well as standard or circuit training. I definitely got my moneys worth

Missing Weight Tracking

I like that the app has lots of exercises and the ability to target specific muscles is very helpful. The biggest thing that the app is missing is the ability to track the the weight that was used for a specific exercise.

Pocket Trainer

This is super intrinsic. I love that you can create your own workout, and use this app as a resource for form/rep inspiration. Great for anyone wanting a little push at the gym, or my friends trying to get a quick sweat in on a rushed day.

Im a 37 year old female with 2 kids, 9-5 and limited time. Love how you can adjust workout based on the time you have and the videos are clear and to the point! You wont regret using this app!

Great app

Give a great human not cartoon example of how to perform the exercise. It allows you to build your own group of movements and put them into what ever set sequence you choose, for a specific time frame you choose, and it also incorporates a rest period of your choosing too.

Just finished my first workout, love the tabata, hiit and standard options. Lots of visuals for beginners and customizing options. Just throw on some music and get swinging!
